1. Who we are

Easy 3D Clicker (easy3dclicker.com) is run by SETX 3D Printing, Texas. Contact us at support@easy3dclicker.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the designer. Give a real email address, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Plans and billing

A free account lets you design and preview clickers. Downloading print files needs a paid plan:

• Personal: $5 per month, billed $60 once a year.
• Commercial: $10 per month, billed $120 once a year.

Plans renew automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Manage billing, and you keep access until the end of the year you've paid for. Payments are handled by Stripe. All sales are final: we don't offer refunds, including for partial years or unused time, except where the law requires it. Cancelling stops the next renewal. We'll give you notice before changing prices for your next renewal. Taxes may apply.

4. What each license allows

Personal license. You may print clickers from files you download for yourself and to give as gifts. You may not sell those files or clickers printed from them, or share the files publicly.

Commercial license. You may also sell clickers printed from your files, and sell or share the files you make, while your Commercial plan is active. Physical clickers you printed while your Commercial plan was active may still be sold after you cancel. Selling the files themselves, or printing new items from them for sale, requires an active Commercial plan.

Each download includes a LICENSE file showing which license it was downloaded under.

5. Your designs and uploads

You keep ownership of the images and text you use. Your images are processed in your browser and aren't uploaded to us. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you use in a design, including logos, trademarks, characters and artwork. Don't use the site to make anything that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law. Selling items with logos you don't have permission to use, such as team or school logos, can infringe trademarks.

6. Our site and software

The Easy 3D Clicker site, software, generated geometry templates and branding belong to us. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the site, get around the download restrictions, or use it to build a competing service.

7. Printing and safety

Printed results depend on your printer, materials and settings. Clickers contain small parts and aren't suitable for young children. We aren't responsible for damage to printers or for how printed items are used.

8. No warranty and limits of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email. You can close your account anytime by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
