The short version
Your images never leave your device. We store your email address and your plan, and Stripe handles your payment details. We don't sell your information.
Images and designs
When you upload an image or type text, it's traced and turned into a 3D model inside your web browser. It isn't sent to our servers. If you check out or open billing in the middle of designing, your current design is saved in your own browser's storage so it's still there when you come back, and it's removed once restored.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and a securely hashed password, stored by our sign-in provider, Supabase.
- Plan: which plan you have, its status and renewal date, and your Stripe customer ID.
- Payments: card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and stored by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- Technical: our hosting and sign-in providers keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
How we use it
To run your account, check whether you can download, process payments, send account emails (confirmations, password resets, receipts) and keep the site secure. We don't send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site: Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments), Netlify (web hosting), Resend (account emails) and Cloudflare (domain and email forwarding). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and storage
We use your browser's storage to keep you logged in and, briefly, to keep your design during checkout. We don't use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can update your billing details or cancel from Manage billing. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email support@easy3dclicker.com. We keep billing records as long as tax law requires.
Children
The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
